Happy New Year! So, it’s the start of another year… How many of us promise ourselves unachievable new year’s resolutions that we’ve already broken by the 2nd January?? I know I’m definitely guilty of this. Well not this year. I’m going to share with you some small, simple changes you can make to live healthier, greener lifestyle and kick off 2020 the natural way.
Make a positive step towards a more natural lifestyle by choosing organic. Better for you and better for the planet, organic products are grown and produced without the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilisers, no GMO, promoting biodiversity and fighting back against global warming. This small change can have such a big impact and being the start of the new year, there’s no better time to switch to organic.
We’re all becoming more conscious about the environment and the impact everyday living is having on the planet. Many of us are turning to a greener lifestyle from eating green, using natural beauty products and even choosing eco-friendly cleaning products. Here are some super simple changes you can make to green your cleaning routine. Switch your bleach to sodium bicarbonate. Simply pour half a cup of sodium bicarb down the toilet, leave overnight for a gleaming toilet or you can scrub with a toilet brush if necessary.
Ditch the anti bacterial spray. Create your own germ busting spray by combining white vinegar, distilled water and essential oil. Tea Tree, Clove or Rosemary are just some of the best essential oils for cleaning.
