Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
Aromatherapy
Combine with your favourite essential oils to bring a warming heat to your blend. We love Orange #105, Lemon #103 and Rosewood #137.
Massage
Make your own warming massage blend by combining Black Pepper with Grapeseed Oil #210, Rosemary #108, Ginger #118, Marjoram #127 and Lemon #103 for a warming and invigorating massage.
Beauty Hack
Combine 1ml or approx. 20 drops of Black Pepper Oil with 30g Beeswax #307 and 70ml of a carrier oil of your choice to create a simple heat muscle rub.
