Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
Aromatherapy
Add a few drops to your diffuser or oil burner and immerse yourself in the calming and harmonising aroma of Cedarwood Himalayan.
Massage
Make your own massage oil blend by adding Cedarwood Himalayan and your other favourite essential oils to a carrier oil. We recommend Coconut Oil #203, Sweet Almond #215 or Grapeseed Oil #210.
Skincare
You can use Cedarwood Himalayan Oil as an ingredient for your homemade beauty formulations and applications.
Beauty Hack
Combine Cedarwood Himalayan with a carrier oil of your choice and use as an alternative to shaving foam for moisturised silky-smooth skin. We recommend Extra Virgin Olive Oil #233 or Hemp Seed Virgin Oil #206.

This oil is good value, it is really strong smelling! I didn't really like the smell of this oil on its own, as it is quite powerful. But it smells so nice mixed in with other oils, and adds a nice woody note.
