Usage

Massage

Make your own massage blend by combining Ginger with Grapeseed Oil #210, Rosemary #108, Black Pepper #181, Marjoram #127 and Lemon #103 for a warming and invigorating massage.

Beauty

Thanks to its stimulating powers, Ginger can have a positive effect on your hair. Try adding a couple of drops to your shampoo and conditioner for a concentrated boost.

Make your own mud face mask by combining Fullers Earth #502 with Tea Tree Floral Water #608 and a couple of drops of Ginger Essential Oil. Mix until you get a paste, apply to the skin and leave on for 10-15 minutes (or until it begins to dry). Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Dilution

Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil (approx. 20 drops) to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

Aromatherapy

Combine with other revitalising essential oils and add a few drops to your oil burner or diffuser and experience the power of Ginger for yourself. We love Orange Sweet #105 and Lemon #103.
