How to use
Organic Raw dark Chocolate
Follow the step by step instructions in the booklet provided to make your own delectable raw chocolate at home. You can customise your chocolate by adding nuts, dried fruit, berries.... whatever you fancy! Enjoy!
Milk Chocolate
You can use your chocolate kit to make milk chocolate with items you probably have in your cupboard at home. All you need to do it half the amount of cocoa powder and replace it with 25g of instant milk powder (available in most supermarkets). Follow the same recipe in the booklet, but once you’ve added the cocoa powder, slowly add the milk powder, a little at a time, using a sieve and mixing continuously. You will need to work fast though so your mix doesn’t cool down too fast! Go crazy with toppings like sprinkles, mini marshmallows, nuts or whatever takes your fancy! Get the kids involved, they will love decorating the chocolate and will love eating it even more! Place in the freezer for 5 minutes or in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
