just what I needed
Not impressed with the essential oils. Wanted to test the quality of the oils as I liked the creams I had recently bought, but unfortunately, the essential oils do not smell as potent and fresh as I’d hoped and I had to give my expensive diffuser a good clean after using these oils as they left a dark, oily residue which affected the mood lighting.
Bought as part of clothes moth warfare, to keep them away once I've got rid of them (my first ever clothes moth this year so I was determined to stamp them out!) But sadly although I love the smell of actual cedar wood I found this scent quite off-putting. I read online some people think it smells of cat wee, and when I read that it all made sense as it does have a similar kind of scent unfortunately. I tried mixing with other oils I like but think this is going to reserved for cupboards I never go in only I'm afraid. As a result can't speak to the quality because the scent is just not for me at all, but have generally always been happy with Naissance and delivery is quick and reliable and great response from customer services who have said I can return my second unopened bottle of this.
Really enjoying the ‘in the wood shed’ smell to this. Like cut wood up close. Cedar has a lovely smell, and with this oil it’s a joy to have.
Great smell and product
Smells. great I am trying to keep moths away at night time...
Delightful EO, perfect in my cold process soap recipe, definitely recommend.
Slightly different fragrance to what I was expecting, might be something to do with it being Himalayan cedarwood. Still a nice oil just takes getting used too.
This oil is good value, it is really strong smelling! I didn't really like the smell of this oil on its own, as it is quite powerful. But it smells so nice mixed in with other oils, and adds a nice woody note.
