You will need...

Epsom Salts

Also known as Magnesium Sulphate, this naturally occurring mineral is famed for its rejuvenating and therapeutic qualities when used as a bath soak. Popular post workout to aid recovery.

Himalayan Pink Salt

Pristine and pure pink salt is hand mined from the foothills of the Himalayas. Containing over 80 minerals, it is the perfect addition for an enriching and relaxing bathing experience.

Sodium Bicarbonate

This household multi-tasker is not only for cleaning and cooking. Used in the bath, it can help soften and smooth skin and is believed to help remove toxins.

Fractionated Coconut Oil

A beautiful lightweight oil, delivers non-greasy protection from dehydration. Lovely to use in a bath soak, it feels silky on the skin but doesn’t make you feel like you’re sliding all over the bath.

Essential Oils

When you add the soak to the bath the incredible fragrance is released into the air. You can choose whatever essential oils you like. Whether you choose relaxing oils, uplifting or detoxing, it’s entirely up to you.

Calendula Petals

Delicately fragrant and aromatic, Calendula its known for its soothing properties. Adding petals to your bath soak makes it look pretty and can enhance the effects of the soak.
