Bergamot FC Free Essential Oil

N° 100

Usage

Massage

For an uplifting massage, why not make your own massage blend by combining Bergamot with Spearmint #165, Basil #144, Lime #121, Rosemary #108 and Eucalyptus #101 with a carrier oil of your choice. We recommend Grapeseed #210, Sweet Almond #215 or Coconut Oil #203.

Skincare

Add a couple of drops of Bergamot to your facial cleanser for the added benefits of Bergamot.

Dilution

Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

Top Tip

Create your own revitalising blend including Bergamot, Lemon #103, Grapefruit #115 and Orange #105 and use in your burner or diffuser.

Some citrus oils including cold pressed Lime, can be phototoxic, meaning that it can cause skin sensitivity and over pigmentation when exposed to sunlight after using the oil. We recommend that you avoid being exposed to sunlight directly after using the oil and diluting it if you wish to use it topically.
