Usage

Massage

Make your own relaxing massage oil blend by adding Dill Seed and your other favourite essential oils to a carrier oil. We recommend Coconut Oil #203, Sweet Almond #215 or Grapeseed Oil #210.

Dilution

Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil (approx. 20 drops) to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin.

Aromatherapy

Add a few drops to your diffuser and relax in the calming scent of Dill Seed Oil.

Massage
