Fill the diffuser with water to the water fill line and add 3-5 drops of essential oil to fill the room with the calming benefits of aromatherapy, through a fine quiet mist. If you plan to use the diffuser to help you sleep, there is a no-light mode to help create a calming bedtime environment, along with intermittent mist control. We recommend the following Naissance essential oils to create the right environment:

• Uplifted and positive – a few drops of Orange essential oil
• Increased alertness – a few drops of Peppermint Piperita essential oil
