The cold weather can wreak havoc on our lips – but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with today’s recipe! Our Chocolate Orange Lip Balm is everything you need for truly kissable lips under the Mistletoe this Christmas. This nourishing balm will protect your lips against cold weather and prevent them from chapping – and of course, we’ve chosen a classic festive flavour and scent!

Recipe:

- 6g Beeswax

- 11g Cocoa Butter

- 13g Castor Oil

- 4 drops Orange Essential Oil

This recipe makes 30g of lip balm.

Method:

Melt the wax and cocoa in the microwave or a bain-marie, taking care as it will be hot.

Mix in the castor and orange, and pour the liquid mix into your chosen container. You can use any container you like for your lip balm, such as an old tin or a recycled lip balm tube – we’ve chosen some little tins!

Leave to set. Once set, apply and enjoy silky soft lips.
